Chipotle Guac

Simple, Raw and Smo...kin'

INGREDIENTS:

If I eat avocado in a given day, I typically don't eat more than 1/2 an avocado, so this is a personal serving size of guacamole.  Increase for more people or if you prefer more!

1/2 an Avocado

a sliver of Onion (chopped)

a squeeze or two of 1/2 a Lime (alternatively, you can of course use lemon)

Chipotle Chili Powder (to taste)

salt (if you choose)

 

Step 1:

Chop up a thin small slice of onion.

Step 2:

Mash the avocado with a fork. (Probably easier to mash avocado first, but eh...this is home-style, I don't worry about order!).

Step 3:

Add a couple of squeezes from 1/2 a lime or lemon.

Step 4:

For a little added kick, sprinkle in some Chipotle Chili Powder, to your liking.

Step 5:

Mix it up and serve with a salad, raw crackers, raw chips or Sweet Potato Toast!
