I had a little hand-held Spiralizer, but a friend of mine recommended getting a stationary one. I just received mine, a Paderno 4-Blade Spiralizer; it is fantastic. I like that it comes in an all-in-one compact storage compartment. I also like that it has a fine spiral setting. It makes a great texture for angel-haired zoodles. Below are some pics of my first go with my spiralizer. I was out of tomatoes, so I had to use a store bought jar of sauce instead of my raw tomato sauce. Recipe on that coming soon!
