These crunchy on the outside, soft and flavorful on the inside croquettes are a nutrient-packed meal. You can add a little hemp powder to the patty if you're, "tryin' to get those gains". I love to eat them the next day with a little hot sauce and a massive salad! Enjoy!

I like eating predominately raw, but when the winter & snow roll around in my drafty home, I like to have something warm. This treat is healthy and warming to the soul. I like to eat it by itself. Some people enjoy it over-top of a plain dairy-free yogurt. There are others...God bless them, that even in the winter... like it over a plant-based ice cream. Brrr...
Golden milk or turmeric milk, as it is also called, has been around for centuries. This cake is quick and easy to prepare. Cutting the apples is the most difficult part and that clearly is not too taxing. It is wetter than a coffee cake and has the lovely accent of juicy apples. If you choose it has a hint of ginger. A nice warming cake for the Fall/Winter Holiday season! I found a similar recipe online a while ago and could not be happier. I will add more pics in time, but someone wanted me to post it to give it a try!
